The aim of the orchestra academy is to prepare excellent and promising young instrumentalists for a successful career in music in the 21st century. The chosen young musicians would have the opportunity to experience the challenges of today's cultural landscape within the environment of a chamber orchestra.

Within the orchestra academy, the candidates have the opportunity to play alongside the members of the chamber orchestra in rehearsals and concerts. They should experience work in a professional environment to lay the foundations of a successful career.

The candidates have the opportunity to play with the musicians in the orchestra for a set period of time. To make the most of the experience the young musicians are assigned a mentor to help with questions relating to the music and more general questions.
