Jolina Beuren was born in 1998 in Saarbrücken and began playing
mandolin at the age of 6.
After attending the Robert-Schuman-Gymnasium in Saarlouis, the
former junior student of the Saar Academy of Music now studies
guitar and mandolin in the Cologne Academy of Music under Prof.
Roberto Aussel and Prof. Caterina Lichtenberg.
Jolina Beuren has won several first prises in the state
competition Jugend Musiziert and for her performance was awarded a
scholarship from the Saar scholarship fund and the Deutsche
Stiftung Musikleben.
She plays in various chamber music groups and regularly takes part
in internationally renowned music courses.
